Yummy Bread
It arrived fresh and tasty! I had to put some of it in the freezer because otherwise this brand will go bad most likely. I will try to find it in another store next time though because the price was a little high here. Other than that it was very good, yummy! I have a gluten issue and can't eat regular bread. I wish the company itself would put this bread in many more regular stores at a fair price.

I love Udi’s bread, especially for toast. My advice is don’t let it thaw then use it the next day. Thaw the bread on the day you want to use it. It tends to get really crumbly on day 2 after thawing at room temperature. I haven’t tried roasting it then storing it, but that might work better than room temp thawing/storing.
Made of Powder
Not a fan, it arrived frozen and was dry, tasteless, and disintegrated after putting some butter on it. Going Gluten free doesn't mean you need to sacrifice this much, there are many better options out there.
What happened to the Udi's I loved
I have been a fan of Udi's since I had to go gluten free. However, lately, every loaf is a mess. It's crumbly beyond use. There's a huge bubble that covers the entire top under the crust. The small loaves, which I prefer, are next to useless unless I want to make stuffing. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to flax and I react to sorghum. Udi's has been my goto bread. I can eat the English muffins when I can find them, but I can't eat the Udi's breads with seeds. So, I'm trying to make my own but I don't really have the time. I sure wish the quality would improve again. Maybe the stores are storing it too long, but the bubbles in the loaves are a manufacturing issue.
Fresh and just like normal bread
This bread is very fresh, fluffy and soft, and tastes just like regular bread. The reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish the slices were bigger (they’re on the smaller side), and they crumble somewhat easily.
