It's hard to find a good dark chocoalte hot-cocoa that can be made with hot water. This one is very good with hot water and has enough powdered creamer to leave the cocoa with a thicker consistency. The powder dissovled easily and didn't leave large un-incorporated lumps at the bottom of my mug.
