I can attest that the oven heats fairly quickly and evenly which is perfect for baking my pieces. I think the dials are super easy to use and the assembly is super straight forward. It is also super quiet and the design is really sleek. The oven is warm to touch on the outside when it is hot but I think that's with all toaster ovens. I definitely recommend getting this one if you are looking to get into polymer clay crafting.

I've had this toaster oven for about a month now and, after doing some scavenger hunting on the internet for instructions and a little trial and error, I think it's going to pretty much replace my regular gas oven.Let me save you a little frustration as to the lack of instructions, especially pertaining to the convection feature. If you select the "Bake" setting, the convection feature is activated. There is no way to turn it off, which is actually fine.What I have discovered is, if I'm baking baked goods (cookies, muffins, etc) you need to decrease the baking temperature by 25 degrees or reduce the baking time by about 25 %, or both. If you reduce the temp, start checking for doneness about 3/4 of the way through the baking process.If I'm baking a casserole, which contains more liquids or the like('cream of' soups, eggs, cheese, etc) I use the recommended temperature in the recipe and let it cook the full amount of time. I made a tuna noodle casserole last week and it was perfect using the recipe exactly as written.I haven't used the broil feature for meat yet, so I don't have a point of reference for that feature and, as I'm single and just make toast in a regular 2 slice toaster, I also don't have a review for the toast feature (I don't need 8 slices of toast at once.)What I LOVE about this oven is being able to use my regular pans! I had a smaller toaster oven before and got frustrated by having to buy special pans for it. I ended up buying a lot of disposable aluminum pans. With this oven, I can use all of my regular pans (I have several Pampered Chef ones that I wasn't able to use in the old toaster oven) except for a couple of my larger baking stones. So far, everything has baked so much more evenly than in my full sized gas oven that I'm absolutely thrilled.So, as far as the way the oven functions and the results I've had when cooking with it, I am very satisfied with this oven. The only negative comment that I have about it is that the instructions are almost non-existent. An individual shouldn't have to do 2 hours of research online and watch youtube videos to learn how to properly use this product. They really need to include an actual instruction manual, with a few recipes included for each feature of the oven, instead of a big sheet of pitiful basic instructions that are written in about a dozen different languages. I think that most of the negative reviews that I've seen could have been avoided if this were the case. Does the outside of the oven get hot? Yes, it's a toaster oven, not an insulated range, so move it away from the wall. The crumb tray slides into the slots underneath the OUTSIDE of the oven, it doesn't go inside and I believe this is the reason that so many people are saying it never gets hot enough. The convection feature comes on and stays on when baking, there's no way to shut it off. All of this could should be explained in an actual instruction manual.My last comment pertains to the price. At $67 in November, this oven was a great value. Less than a month later, it's $96!!!! Had it been this price originally, I'm not sure I would have purchased it.So, my review is A for the the oven itself, D for the lack of instructions and the $30 price hike just before Christmas.

It is a very good toaster oven and cooks food very well. Toast and bagels are also evenly browned. Why not five stars? Because there is no oven light. An oven light would have made this a perfect toaster oven.

This toaster oven is a modest size...not too big. It has a dial that allows you to turn it off by adjusting the timer to zero. When it reaches the off position, it issues a nice loud "ding" sound. It also has a dial that allows you to select a temperature. And there are various modes, such as bake and toast. All of these adjustments are by well marked manual dials. So the device seems relatively safe and easy to use.

Very pleased with this oven. After several months of use. I’m still learning the myriad of uses this small form fitting counter friendly kitchen utility can offer. Yes, it has its own warm up function using true slow temperature gains rising to the appropriate temperature setting. This giving you time to complete your prep prior to placing into this lovely machine. Enjoy your own tutorials. Cheers.

I was temporarily living in two places and I wanted a toaster oven at the new location as I had at my original location. I thought this seems like a good price and had all the features that I wanted. However, it is not as good as my other one (an Oster Toaster Oven | Digital Convection Oven, Large 6-Slice Capacity, Black/Polished Stainless).1.) The top of it gets extremely hot when in use so nothing can go on top of it. With my Oster, I often set my peanut butter or hazelnut spread on top to warm it up as I am toasting bread or something and it would be nice and melted. I cannot do that with this one as it would melt the containers. Warning: be careful not to touch it when cooking or after, you could get a severe burn. The Oster just gets warm to the touch (not burning hot).2.) Also the settings controls are simple but not as convenient as the oster It doesn't allow you to increase or decrease time or temperature once you started cooking which the oster allowed me to do if I noticed it was cooking faster or slower than I intended.3.) The initial programming of the cooking settings is kind of frustrating. It times out on you fairly quickly if you are reading the directions, so I have to start over whenever I do not know the settings right away. This happens more often than I thought it would4.) This last "feature" could be good or bad depending on your viewpoint. I like to just set the temperature and a time and then let it go, I have a feel for how much longer I need to cook it to account for the warm up phase, but this device doesn't start the clock until the temperature is at the set temperature, so I have to adjust for that or wait until it heats up to put the food in and make sure my timing is accurate so it doesn't start counting down the time before I get the food in. I dislike this aspect, but I am sure many others would prefer it this way. For me part of using one of these is the convenience and time, and just putting food in, setting the time, and letting it go is easier for me than having to put it in after it has heated up.Now that I am back to living in one place this one has gone down in the basement kitchen where it gets used sparingly. My daughter who lives in my basement often still comes upstairs to use the Oster despite this one being right where all her food and kitchen supplies are.That said, this one was a good price and it works, but I just was spoiled by the quality of my oster, and this one doesn't quite match it.

Very poor service in India
My oven worked fine for a couple of weeks.I found that the height is a little less though, like croissants touching the led on top.Because of that, the led stopped working and I am now struggling to get it fixed.The local representative has kept the product for a month and says he can't do anything.I have to get help from Delhi or Bangalore.NOT WORTH the headache, frankly.
NICE WORKING TOASTER OVEN.
nice size of a compact toaster oven. works well, so far. hope to get as many years of usage as my previous one.
