We've blended some of our favorite flours and a sprinkle of flaxseeds to create this wonderful mix. Besides making a basic loaf, also try this mix to make bread pudding, croutons, stuffing, or bread salad. All you need from your pantry is 3 Tbsps vegetable oil and 1 1/4 cups warm water. One 19-oz package makes one loaf.

The bread that emerged from my bread machine that was made from this mix was tasty, baked to perfection, and easy to make. However, one of the reasons I'm using a bread machine is to save money on horribly expensive store-bought brands, and this mix doesn't come cheap. Next time I'll buy the ingredients separately.

This is a very good mix. The whole grains and flaxseed make for a very tasty bread. I have made it several times and it really deserves its 5 star rating. I have made it in the bread machine, and also baked it in the oven. The bread machine makes a much larger loaf but both ways are good. I will definitely keep purchasing.

our granddaughter just bought a bread machine so I put this in with other things in her Christmas present. She said it was delicious. Good value for the money, good bread quality and she said it did rise nice in the bread machine.
