Very sturdy storage container with secure snap closures and a great handle! Perfect size for storing 12 x 12 card stock and/or decorative papers; ephemera; ribbon; crafting tools; and soooooo much more!! An absolute must have for all craft rooms. The measurements shown are the outside measurements. The inside is much smaller. This is too small for Cricut mats to lay flat. Otherwise, it is a very sturdy bin with good closures and a strong handle if you need to put a lot of weight in it.

I bought this for storing drawings and watercolors. I got into the habit of piling them on a table where they collected dust and were at risk of damage. This box will fix all that, plus keep them all together, and as such is a great value - similar boxes cost much more. I work in 9 X 12" a lot, so the size is very good, latches are secure but opens easily when latches are released, and it looks good, much neater than a pile of loose papers. When this one is full, I'll buy another one, but it will take me a while to fill this one.
