Very nice in Diet soda, you only need a drop of it to bolster the flavor of what ever you choose to use this with. The flavor comes through, but not too heavy that it drowns out the flavor of what you put it in. Only a small amount goes a long way. I put mine in the refrigerator, so it is the same temperature of the soda.

I love this syrup. It's delicious blended with ice, milk, stevia, and a small amount of xantham gum. It's a good way to get my calcium dose after lunch and is a low-fat, low-cal dessert. It's filling and healthy. I prefer the DaVinci brand to Torani and am glad I can order it through Bolo. My only concern is that it's Splenda-sweetened and I read bad things about it. However, I also read negatives about sugar and, with my family history of type-two diabetes, I try to avoid it.

Anybody who watches what they eat and is generally healthy can relate to this: I love sweet coffee drinks, but am not trying to guzzle down half my daily calories drinking them. This syrup is sugar free. It tastes pretty darn close to the real thing. It's cloyingly sweet though. Not particularly synthetic, but just be careful how much you put in. Try a couple drops in a drink first before you get a painfully sweet mouthful.Protip: mix it with flavorless gelatin and some stevia for sugar free marshmallows.

Tasty but expensive, not as good as Starbucks.

The flavor is really not good. You could taste a kind of 'fake' sweetness right away.
Aspartame-y
I tried but it's just too aspartame-heavy in flavour for me. I ended up getting the regular recipe (not the sugar free one). I really wanted to like it but it's not for me.If you're not sensitive to that aspartame flavour then I'm sure this would be a great product for you.
