I got this to help taper off of vaping after using vaping to taper off cigarettes. This gum has a great taste to it and I have not experienced any negatives like others have. I know with nicotine gum that if you chew it too fast and swallow all the juices you can get hiccups or other negatives from it. But by following the directions and just chewing it a few times and then placing it in your gums it works. I didn't have the grittiness in it either. It does take a lot like Juicy Fruit. I smoked for 20+ years and then vaped for about a year and now am 12 days off the vape and thank God for it. This gum has definitely helped and tastes better than other gum/lozenges options.

Works great. Cuts down cravings tremendously. 100% better than cigarettes. Tastes good too and not too strong. If you used to smoke a pack a day this works great. I usually have about 6 to 8 a day and this works really well for me. I started at 10 pieces a day and reduced it. Going to push for more of a reduction to eventually quit the gum as well.
