I have been using olivenations different natural extracts for baking, but also to make natural copycats of Starbucks drinks. This cherry one I got to make a copycat of the cherry chai latte, and it is really good! I only need a few drops of 1/2 tsp to make it. I will continue to buy their products as long as they keep supplying natural flavors for baking needs!

I don't know how to rate this since it's not the cherry flavor I like. I'm giving it 4 because it seems like a good quality flavoring but it's not a strong as some other flavorings I have. It takes more like 1/2t, not drops like others, to be noticeable in my protein smoothie.

The flavor is concentrated which is wonderful... The problem is, that it doesn't taste like cherry - it tastes like almonds. I don't think I was accidentally sent the wrong bottle because it's artificially dyed to look like Cherry extract, and it smells like Cherry extract, but it tastes like almond extract.

This is locally hard to find for us at any grocery store and was an easy purchase here on Bolo. Needed it for chocolate covered cherry fudge and cherry mash for the holidays and this elevated the flavors perfectly. Would definitely recommend this extract and will purchase more as needed.

Will become solid and not mix in if alcohol is not mostly cooked off. I had same problem with bakery emulsions. I like the extracts better than emulsions.

Couldn't find this Cherry Extract aniware ... Finally did it and product is really good, homemade Sherry ...love it.Reasonable price for a good quality cherry extract.
Tasty, but not super strong
This is tasty cherry concentrate. I use in my soda stream and have no problems with the flavour. However it isn't very strong so you need to use more of it compared to other extracts. Overall it is still good though.
