Grab these now, they're difficult to find! Before your nail tears close to the quick apply one of these clear plastic ovals. Your nail will then grow out & you'll avoid the pain. You can wear polish & place the "nail bandage" right over. No one will even notice! Great product!

I've had a cracked fingernail since 2013, which will probably be with me until I die. It gets worse the longer it's not protected. This product gives my nail the support it needs and doesn't catch on fabrics like my real nail does. I've learned to press it onto my nail, then use a nail clipper to trim it. This works for me!

I had a mishap that split the end of my thumb nail the top part of my nail a few mm into the pink. After reading the reviews about using these for vertical splits in nails it sounded like they might work better than the bandages I have been using to keep the nail from catching and splitting further.Small problem.. The are SOOO tiny, the don't begin to cover your nail.My thumb nail bed is 15 mm wide. The largest piece in this kit is about 7 mm wide x 18 mm high. It's shiny so I expected it to cover the entire nail - - it does not.It covers maybe half of your nail so it looks like the shiny sticker it is - and that looks fairly stupid. I am fairly sure it will not stay stuck as it's not very sticky to begin with AND there is too much edge that is exposed to water and anything your hands rub on.For reference, the smallest stickers are 5 mm x 9 mm. The BIG ones would probably cover my pinkie nail, but none of the others.At least they were inexpensive.Don't waste you money .

Just applied this treatment to a badly torn toenail, and while it prevented the annoyance of snagging, the first application lasted just under two days. Considering it held up under the rigors of exercise, as well as two to three daily showers, I really can’t complain. They’d likely be less effective if applied to a fingernail and left exposed, as the adhesive doesn’t seem particularly strong. Easy to apply, the shine of the bandage is also noticeable. Seems overpriced for what it is, and the best I can give this product is 2-3 stars.

There are different size oval shapes on the 3 sheets.. They are really small, and I'm confused why they are shaped like nails while they would only cover a nail for a little kid. It's only for the crack, but even that could be bigger than the largest size. It worked for me, putting on the biggest one across (horizontally) over a big open crack I suffered from a car door. It looks much better than a bandaid and holds longer. I've been wearing the first one for a day now, and it gave my freedom back. I can wash my hands, or my hair without it ripping my nails off, I can finally reach into my pockets safely, hold a towel without entanglement... I put a little clear nail polish over it, but I don't think that's necessary. I'm really happy I found this product.

Works well, it saved the nail and stayed in place for over a week before it started to peel along the edges. I washed my hands normally throughout that week. I put the sticker over my natural nail (buffed it first) and then put 2 coats of polish over it and it worked like a charm. Very happy to find a product like this, as nail glues only work temporarily and this feels much more secure!

Great concept. Poor execution. The edges start to peel up almost immediately so it is fairly worthless. If this stayed on for 3-4 days it would be a great product to keep a nail from snagging while it is growing out. But you'd need to put on a new one 3x/day to get any use from these.

I did what I know I shouldn't have.... I opened an extremely heavy Bolo package using my nails. One of my nails broke, but halfway toward the cuticle. This is going to be a long growing out process, with the potential for extreme pain if the top part catches and pulls off. I bought this bandage and so far, so good. I applied it on my unpolished nail It's sticking so far, and even if it doesn't stick for a long time (not sure yet), it's protecting my nail and keeping me free for pain. I'm quite pleased with this purchase. Frankly, I don't think a glue repair or a glue and powder kit would work for this kind of break. Even if this needs to be replaced occasionally, I think this is giving my nail more support that I'd get any other way.UPDATE.... The first patch stayed for three days, which was more than I expected since we have puppies and my hands in water a lot. The second patch did not stick more than a few hours. The third patch is on and holding. Even though the second patch came right off, this is still, in my mind, better than any powders I've tried or glues. Additionally, if had a been a real bandage for an injury, given the amount of time my hands have been in and out of water, no bandage would stay on either. Still highly recommended, although, given what happened with the second one, I also recommend that you carry a sheet of these in your purse, in case one should come off. Wish the company made a small container for transport.
Perfect solution to a major cracked thumbnail
Several years ago, I split my thumbnail and it has never really healed correctly and keeps splitting at the tip. The bandages protect the tip and allows me to trim across the crack, slow healing the overall nail. Works great!

Useless for nail mending- do not purchase
My natural nail broke and I bought this to hopefully help mend the nail until it grows out. The sticker does NOT stay on at all - and comes off as soon as it touches water. I decided to buy the glue instead because this was so incredibly useless. I would not recommend buying this but look into nail glue or stick on nail stickers Instead for natural nail mending.

Needed these patches quickly for a badly broken nail & they work well. They're very sticky and adhere well. No irritation noted as the nail is split clean through. Doesn't stick to the cuticles well, but great on the nailbed. For the very healthy markup on the product, you'd think they could at least provide a tiny container to hold the patches. Clear patches on small pieces of white paper makes it look like they could be tossed out with the garbage. Otherwise happy with product but not the price.
