This little gadget is great. Works perfectly with my Macbook Pro (with Mac OS 10.6.6) and Keynote '09 (version 5.0.5). The green laser is crisp, bright, and tight. Your button options are 4-fold: previous and next slides, laser, and black screen -- simple and to-the-point. An on/off toggle switch prevents spurious button-pressing while in storage. Advancing and reversing slides is instant -- I don't see any latency. The USB transmitter stows neatly in a built-in docking cave on the main unit. Setup is totally benign -- just plug in the USB transmitter, and you are ready to go. I was a little suspicious of a more bulky controller, being used to the more conventional stick-like laser pointers -- but I now realize that the contoured controller fits nicely in the hand more naturally than the sticks of yore. All in all, this gadget is a great purchase, highly recommended for those who need to give talks often.

I replaced a similar product with the Kensington, which literally addressed all of the separate issues we were experiencing with other presentation mouse / pointer products our presenters used. The green laser is extremely visible, and the storage compartment for the USB dongle is perfectly designed. We've used the device on a half dozen of our laptops so far, and it sets up and operates perfectly every time. Perhaps most importantly, the design is clean and clutter free- just the basic controls a presenter needs. Very intuitive and easy to use. We highly recommend this product, especially for the reasonable price.

I bought this to teach with and overall I am very satisfied. It integrates seamlessly with my MacBook Pro and works with KeyNote perfectly. The blanks screen feature is especially nice if I want to grab the classes attention. The only issue I have is that the green laser dims over the course of the lecture. I do not think its a battery issue so I am not sure what is going on. The green laser is very bright and easy to see from anywhere is a large auditorium. Highly recommend...

Purchased to use in new training room with projector screen and two LCD TV's which red laser does not work on. Product works good only beware green laser does not work on all LCD TV's I think its the gloss on the TV's the laser reflects off the surface of the TV onto the wall. You can hardly see the green dot on the TV. We have another smaller TV that does not have a gloss to the screen and it works well on that. So beware what TV you have it may or may not work, besides that it is a good product but not worth the extra money for the green laser in our case.

I didn't know how well this item was going to work with my computer (XP OS) but I bought it anyway because the LED is green and it stated long range use. It worked perfectly and I set it up in less than 2 minutes. I was very impressed with the brightness of the light, the ease of the installation and the fact that I could go away from the computer a really good distance and still have uninterrupted usage. I would recommend this to anyone doing powerpoint presentations or teaching. I will buy another one if this one breaks or is lost somehow.

I bought the wireless presenter pro because I give a lot of powerpoint presentations in college lectures and guest presentations for various groups. First the good: It works great when it works. It has a nice hand feel to it and the transmitter fits neatly into a little compartment inside the pointer unit for storage. The functions are all you really need (forward, back, black screen) and the green laser pointer is nice and bright - much better than a red laser. It comes with a sturdy little storage case. The Bad: It is very unreliable as to whether it will work on any given computer. The USB transmitter unit is frequently not recognized by the computer and therefore the only thing that works is the laser pointer. I have tried probably 7 different computers in the last week, both macs and PCs, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If it does work on a computer, it seems to always work on that computer, so if you only use one computer, you will probably be OK. I have solved the problem by trying different USB ports on computers, by unplugging other USB peripherals that might be causing some confusion, and by making sure the powerpoint presentation is loaded before plugging in the presenter. BUT, when you are walking into a room to give a guest presentation on their setup, who has time for all that messing around? Last week, I was one of two guest presenters at a meeting. I could not get my Kensington presenter to be recognized by the computer. The next speaker walked up and plugged in her presenter exactly the same way and it worked instantly. Grrr. In short, I would not buy this presenter again and I may be returning it.

Great product! I love it, works very well, green laser is super easy to see. Wish I bought one of these things years ago. And it was cheaper than anywhere else without having to shop around for hours and hours. Would highly recommend it.

The best presenters remote I've ever owned
I'm a professional presentations coach and presenter. A good remote is key for a smooth presentation when you are projecting slides, and this is, hands down, the best I've ever used and owned.The buttons are very easy to feel/find, believe me you don't want to star looking for the right button because they are either too small and/or too close to each other.I love the no-nonsense layout and the range.Highly recommended.

The product is good, works well but does have limitations as to which programs it will work with. I have some instructional programs which it does not work with but I am still fine with the purchase as it does work very well with others.
