My old head jammed. I unscrewed it and with some effort removed the spray head. 2 small pieces fell out and I was not sure where they fit. I ordered a new one and it came with 2 little plugs but no explaination. From reading others and examining my original piece I see that the 2 separate plugs I got had been permanently mounted in my old head. The 2 Pieces that had fallen out were mounted behind the spray head. My assumption is that the original had flow restriction per govmt regs. The new one seems to give you the option of using the flow reduction albeit without instruction. I simply installed the piece.Edited to add Dec 2020 - another problem - somehow lost a screw that holds the handle to the faucet body. Long story . . . Grohe Customer Service sent instructions to reattach but I got the wrong size screw from hardware store. After more fumbling around trying to get the correct screw on my own I called them back and they sent me a new replacement handle. Though I'd rather not have screws etc coming loose I found their customer service people all to be helpful friendly and patient with my bumbling, even during a pandemic disaster. Thank you Grohe.I have photos I was prepared to include photos, but cannot find a way to do that here.

Can't tell if it's brand new or not. May be slightly used. Stream is crazy strong, almost too strong. Spray mode sometimes has drip. For $150 nozzle, I expected a perfect stream and spray.

After spending 2 hours unsuccessfully fitting a new O-ring into our old faucet head according to a YouTube video, I gave up and ordered this part online. It came the next day free with our Prime Membership and was as simple as opening the box and attaching the new part to our old faucet. It arrived in perfect condition and the faucet works like new. This part saved us a bunch of money we would have otherwise spent on the purchase and installation of a brand new faucet. Thank you!

Typical high Grohe quality and very attractive.It came with two inserts, one of which I think was a flow restricter and backflow valve, the other of which was just a backflow valve. There were no instructions or information, though, so I had to guess as to function and proper installation: it would have been nice to have a diagram or contents list. Still, it was not very difficult to figure out.The main negative is that the button that moves it into "spray" mode instead of "stream" does not stay pushed in; if you want spray, you have to hold the button. The identical unit this replaced had the same behavior.The reason we purchased this replacement is that, after about 4 years of light kitchen use, the rubber cover over the spray/stream button was wearing out and tearing. It would be nice if that were a replaceable part, rather than having to replace the entire spray head, since the rest of the spray head was still in fine condition.

Worked to replace original which had a seal that had worn. Wish it was cheaper.

This was a replacement. My tap had become blocked..new water softener installed and all the build up of limescale in the pipes blocked the end of the tap so only a trickle of water came out. I couldn’t take it apart to clean it out.

このゼドラの水栓は美しく、気に入っていたので、先端のパーツ交換で使用継続できると喜んで購入したら、切替スイッチを押していなくても、周りのシャワーの穴から水が滴り落ちる不良品でした。日本人の常識的には、これは明らかに交換レベルの不良品だと思います。（約１５年使用していた旧製品は、そんな不具合はありませんでした。）レビューを読んでいると、多くの方が同じ苦情を述べていますし高い品質を求める方には水栓ごと総取替えをお薦めします。
