I am not the biggest fan of multis in general because they are too general and not specific for what each person needs (they always have too much of what I personally do not need and not near enough or not any of what I personally do need,) but this vitamin is probably about as close as I can get to serving my specific needs, and it has a lot of other good things in it that help me feel better. The serving size is 3 pills, but I just take one at a time, usually no more than 1 a day (I also take prescription vitamin injections for a health condition, etc, so I try to be careful not to overdo some things. I usually take one pill a couple of times a week at most.) This multi does help me feel better when I do take it regularly and my hair has gotten longer and healthier and my nails have gotten shinier and stronger and my brain fog has cleared a lot and I have more energy. I do take other vitamins and supplements, but I do like this multi a lot. It is probably the only one I will ever use again and feel comfortable and safe doing so. And I love how much of what is in it, and all of the extra supplements in it are great as well! Just perfect, really for a multi. But I do take only 1 pill at a time instead of the recommended serving size of 3 pills. YMMV.It does have a lot of B vitamins, so if your urine is a little bright after taking this, do not be concerned.They are large pills, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills, I would def look elsewhere. I take 1-2 dozen pills of all sizes every day (for my serious, chronic health condition, unfortunately,) so it doesn't bother me, but it could certainly be a barrier to some.

I changed to this, because it’s s very long wait time for the Womens GNC Ultra. At times, I will take 2 softgels, at times 3; depending on how I feel. NO sick or nauseous feeling. NO jumpy or caffeine feel. I feel good with these vitamins.

Everyone is different, so you have to find the vitamins that work for you. These definitely work for me! I usually get sick a lot, and now I feel sickness coming but don't get sick. I can feel the difference when I forget to take them. They are really big pills, but I find they go down easily. It helps to follow it up with food, if you struggle swallowing the pills.

I really love these vitamins. definitely take with food. I only take 2 gel caps vs the suggested 3. That works well for me. Easy to swallow. When I take them, I can feel a difference. My mood is better, and I have more energy. I also love that there’s added benefits for women like primrose and cranberry. I would definitely try these out.
