I take them everyday consistently and i test my nutrition/vitamin levels and the only thing i struggle with is magnesium and zinc. Which isn’t really in this prenatal so i think that says something

I started taking this since I got pregnant. I’m 8 months postpartum now and still taking it since I’m breastfeeding. It easy to swallow and has no taste.

So many of the prenatal vitamins I tried made me feel sick. I hated the taste of them and it would make my nausea even worse. I got these one day from the hospital and it was the only ones that didn’t have an awful taste. I asked for the name of them and ordered them on Bolo. These have been great!

I’ve been taking prenatal since I was 16 because I was born with a disorder and need extra nutrional support. I purchased these because they were a great price at the time and I wanted to buy a years supply using leftover fsa funds. I’ve been taking these for almost a month, haven’t noticed any increase in hair or nail growth but keeping my eye open for it. Not hard to swallow though wouldn’t be considered small. It has the normal “vitamin” smell. No aftertaste. Doesn’t upset my stomach, though I have been striving to take after a meal to better increase absorption.

Came sealed, and packaged carefully. it looked what you would expect as it would on a shelf in your local supermarket or pharmacy. The pills are medium to large sized, they can be difficult to swallow, depending on how well you can tolerate it.

Does not look like the picture but the pill looks the same , I hope it’s the same thing . I haven’t tried it out ,so I’ll come back to write that review. Expiration date is fine doesn’t expire till 2024 .
