I don't like buying cheap products that waste my money and have little results. These soft gels are a bit large, but they are not as bad as some people make them out to be. If you have trouble swallowing them, Solgar offers different strengths of the same capsule. I personally take one 950MG capsule per day and it's been working great for me.One of the things that stood out to me about Solgar Omega-3 Softgels is the quality of the ingredients. This particular formulation contains Solgar's highest concentration of the natural Omega 3 polyunsaturates EPA and DHA from cold-water fish.
