I was constantly getting clogged ducts, even something like rolling over the wrong way could trigger one. Since taking this, the frequency has gone down a lot and it has helped so much. I still get one occasionally, but increasing the dose to 3–4 softgels a day usually clears it up quickly. My baby is usually able to get the clogged duct out, but the sunflower lecithin helps thin out the milk and makes it easier for her to do so.

Had some pretty painful clogged milk ducts, hurt to raise my arm over my head, even. Saw this brand which excited me (they make good stuff and theyre reasonably priced). It slowly worked over the course of a few days, greatly upping my milk production (I previously wasn't even keeping up with my baby before taking it, had to break into my frozen reserves) on the third day of taking it, I power pumped (20 minutes pumping, 10 minutes resting, 10 minutes pumping, 10 minutes resting, 10 minutes pumping) and got 270ML, it's been a while since I've produced that much milk in a short time. VERY happy with this product. It's a life saver. This brand is quickly becoming a favorite too. Their D Mannose was a life saver when I had a gnarly UTI and couldn't get treatment for a month. Got rid of it by the time my appointment came around. Thank god! Had to leave a review!

I didn’t have any major issues while using them, so they may have helped—but it’s hard to say definitively. Still, worth trying if you're prone to clogs. Pill size is on the bigger side. It is a great price for how many come in a pack.

I took this to help bile flow as I have a stagnant liver and some issues with fat metabolism, gut health, hormonal metabolism.An unexpected positive effect has been less sugar and coffee cravings. It’s still early on but because I’m eating less I’m losing about a 1LB a week.I have no problem swallowing these because it’s a soft gel. If it was a tablet it would be another story.I’m truly thankful that this is so inexpensive and is helping me. Also, I think it may be helping with my estrogen metabolism. I was having alot of issues with breast tenderness.

After 6 weeks of exclusively pumping milk for my new born, I realised that even hospital grade pump was not able to empty my breasts fully. The result was recurring engorgement and painful clogged ducts. No amount of massage or heat treatment helped clear them completely. I read online about sunflower lecithin supplements helping with clogged ducts and decided to give it a try. After consuming single pill itself I felt a marked improvement in the milk flow. It’s been a week of using the pill and I have had little to no clogged ducts. The ones that come also get cleared quickly. This has been an absolute game changer in my breast pumping experience. 10/10 recommend!
