Best oatmeal recipe mixer ever in perfect proportions for one fourth cup of quick oats. The overflow is just right for one expression cup from breville and mouthwatering it packs quite the punch standalone or added to special mixes such as the below.White chocolate Salted Peach Oatmeal as shown in picture, salt to taste1/4 cup quick oats in hot water2 tap packet of white chocolate mix or go sans for milk free goodness in creamy awesomeness of the original cups1 dole fruit cup parfaitEnjoy! Best oatmeal ever for its size and value is only 200 calories for 39 carbs by Fitbit calculator for this amount of combined recipe.Cups stay well for months and don't need replaced for bad dairy reasons. They do real if dropped from a high enough height but I feel it is fair warning. One set of bulk usually if eaten once a day is good to last one person about a month supply and can be taken anywhere.
