I have re-ordered this multiple times, I love it! Intended to pour into 16 oz water but I pour 1 packet into 48 oz water. It makes the perfect level of tart and sweetness that I prefer. Even to that I can always add a little more water or serve it over ice and add mint leaf for an extra refreshing taste. Convenient for on the go and travel. So far I like Original Lemonade the best and I have also tried the strawberry flavor. Also nice. They also make crystal lemon packets which I have also used for cooking recipes that require a squeeze of lemon.

Each packet equates to one slice of lemon. Has the same taste as a fresh squeezed lemon. I put these in my iced tea and it’s a winner. Mixes easily and is 0 calories, and shelf stable of course.Recommend.Mixability:Easily mixes into drinks. Why did you pick this product vs others?:One ingredient product. Sugar content:Zero or negligible. Calorie count:Zero or negligible. Water content:Zero, it’s crystallized lemon. Hardness:Hard like course salt. Variety:Lemon flavor only, but they do have variety packs.

This is an awesome product, so glad that I found it to flavor my water with having to carry around lemon wedges. The box came undamaged because they put it in a small cardboard box, so it seems that they paid attention to the reviews about damaged merchandise. It is fresh and comes out like a powder and wasn't slumped. I highly recommend.
