I've never really put shirts on any of my dogs but our new puppy is so allergic to grass that she has to wear a shirt to protect her belly and chest. So this is a necessity, not a fashion statement. I ordered 2 of these shirts: one in black and one in light blue. Both of the plastic bags these shirts were in looked like they had been stored in a filthy garage for years; they had been taped and re-taped then taped again. When I opened them I discovered that the blue one had two splotches of what looked like mud on them but I thought, for the price I can wash it and it'll be fine. I was wrong. The stain is still there just as big and dark as it was before I washed it. The size chart was so far off my dog may never grow big enough to wear them so I have two shirts that she can't even wear, stains or no stains. I ended up buying some 3-6 month onesies, cut the bottoms off and hemmed them so she could protect her belly and chest from the grass.
