I wanted some good flour for Zuchinni Bread. I made up a few loafs. I may get more veggies from friends tonight. But they should be going by soon. I did freeze some zuchinni which will last 2-3 months, but it will be used within the month. Nothing like homemade. You can't buy anything good in the stores anymore. They are always old or full of sugar. I just add a little confectionary sugar sprinkled on top if I have a need for sweetness. or some Cabot whipped cream. It really turned out nice and rich. It is very nutritious full of vitamins. So with Good ingredients and a Good recipe, it is for sure a Gold Medal.
