If you have any trouble, digestion, gas and bloating this is for you! I am sensitive to cheese, and every once in a while find some veggies upset my stomach I take two of these tablets, and it is so effective! Works quickly, and helps soothe and upset stomach, if I know I’ll be eating something that may upset my stomach I’ll take this ahead of time and avoid the upset!

This enzyme really works. I have had digestive issues my whole life. I take as needed but I do take one everyday after dinner. My bloating is gone. I have Gerd and I am very sensitive to Garlic raw onions ect. I can now have it if I take this enzyme right after eating. Anyone with digestive issues should always have this on hand. Works! I am now off all medications due to Gerd.

I recommend this to literally anybody. For years I’ve been having serious debilitating pain in my stomach with nothing on my tests. Finally they did an uncommon scan and found my gallbladder wasn’t working properly. A year later I finally had it taken out, only to have the most insane indigestion! I started taking two of these every time I ate, have had no problems since then! I don’t have to take them as often now, although it would probably be best to do so anyway. Especially with heavier foods! We could all benefit from enzymes to support digestion, it likely could have supported my gallbladder so much sooner had I known!!

This product does work - but if you have IBS as well as fructose malabsorbtion - you might want to be careful with the dosage you take. I found this product works but after taking one before each meal (3 per day for 2 days), I became terribly constipated which lasted for about 4 to 5 days. When using this product, you may only need to take a pill as needed if you know you are eating out, or eating a large meal or eating some questionable foods. Do not do what I did and start taking the pills 3x a day right from the get go. Experiment and find the right dosage for you....

I've found that as I get older, I'm developing for sensitivity issues. First hops in beer, and now dairy. Maybe gluten, but who knows..After trying my wife's enzymes at a pizza place, I felt much better that I would have otherwise and didn't wake up the next morning with gas pain and several trips to the loo.The relief in symptoms would make me believe these work and I'll continue using them.
