The product was new to our handyman, but he was able to apply to the glass block wall in our bathroom. The cleaning instructions were unclear on the bucket. But our person worked the excess off with cleanser that was suitable.One issue aside from the application was the order being shipped from the east coast to the west coast. Tracking seemed off at times plus the length of time for the product to be delivered. So another container was needed to finish the job. I was able to find and order product from business in Seattle via a competitor(eBay) with faster shipment time.Thank you for allowing me to review.

1) If used on vertical surfaces, go slow and put down clean protection paper and clean up as you are going to reuse what you drop. This stuff is $$. I used a 4" plastic drywall knife and a clean drywall pan held tight to the wall below where I was working to apply up the wall to keep from this stuff going everywhere. Takes a bit more time but your wallet will thank you.2) wet the tile before applying and VERY lightly wipe it off diagonally.3) This grout tend to pull out when trying to responge the tile. Some joints will appear to be tooled heavier and you will need to touch up as you are going4) Some spots will slump out on vertical walls and need touched up5) Wipe your grout joints several times behind you as you keep setting. As its urethane your water left over from cleaning the grout off the tile will come to the surface along your joints and will want to run down the face of the tile, which can leave haze streaks.5) You will not avoid urethane grout haze after. Plan on buying the blaze urethane haze remover along with this and a white scuff pad to remove afterwards even if you're careful6) The cleaner your sponge water the better off you'll be removing the initial haze when setting the groutOtherwise the color consistency, lack of worrying about mold and mildew, and hardness once this sets puts it miles ahead of regular grout. The time spent up front installing vs regular grout you'll make up for not having to constantly clean it like regular cementious grout.

Used on subway tile in kitchen between countertop and cabinets with 1/8 inch grout lines. Hard to work it as it is consistnecy of pudding, especially vertical lines! But all the upfront work is well worth it as no sealing ever and stain resistant. do only a few sq ft at a time and you'll be fine! Frustrating but fantastic looking when completed! Would definitely recommend it to amateurs as well as advanced tilers!

My husband is extremely experienced in home renovations and has found this product borderline impossible to use. If there is any moisture whatsoever on the sponge used to clean up, the grout starts dripping down the wall and out of the spaces between tiles. If the sponge is dry, it doesn't wipe the grout off tiles. Figure that one out. He's now headed to the store to try to obtain some of the Blaze haze cleaner and we are hoping that a) is ok to use on marble, and b) actually works, because we are *this* close to throwing in the towel and using a different product. We were hoping this would be easier to use than epoxy grout but it just been one frustration after another.
