This was not good for me. I am familiar with Brazilian chimichurri and this was not the same flavor profile at all.It tasted very dated and not fresh. I threw it away after I tried it. Sorry to write my first review because it was that bad...for my taste. Anyone else that has a different palette, I understand.

This is the best tasting chimichuri sauce we’ve tasted outside Brazil and Argentina. It’s available on the shelves of a big box store in Puerto Rico where we first found it. Was disappointed when we returned home to NJ and couldn’t find it anywhere. So glad we found it on Bolo. Everyone has different tastes, but we like it a lot and use it as a marinade and as a steak sauce.

I love this sauce for steaks, hamburgers and other beef products. It adds quite a zest to those food items.

This does not even rate as a fair product. I tried it and threw it away..not worth the effort. Next time I will make my own and this product is yuuck.

We find this sauce one of the very best and the Caribbean style sauce is even better if a bit of mint is desired. Terrific on grilled Salmon or Cod or poached sole. Wish we had a Canadian retailer.Joe Paterson

Loved the prodcut unfortunately it arrived seal partially broken and leaking.
It was a hot day and it is possible that the seal blew off due to heat expansion during the transportation.The product nonetheless tastes great and I will order it again.
