I just love these boots….. and I am saddened I have to retire them. And as much as I want to order them again, I have to look to another boot. The only issue I had with these, the part where you lace up the boot, those metal hooks broke on me as I like my boots nice and snug. But a simple wrap around of the laces did the trick. These boots lasted me two and a half years, through work and outside activities and just about everyday use, but now that I have a hole forming in the toe area, it is time to retire these.I made sure to come back here and share though, for the money spent, I was happy with these boots! If the brand finds a better more sturdy metal hook for lacing up, I’d be all over these again! They will be living the retired planter life now 😂😂😂😍
5.0 out of 5 stars Unlined soft toe, exactly what I was looking for
While I haven't had the boots long, they are what I had been looking for, an unlined logger. The leather is soft, were comfortable the second time wearing them (oiled them the night before putting them on). The sizing seems to be a touch smaller than my Carolinas but not uncomfortable, 11.5 Wide in both. Also lack a pull tab at back of boot to help pull them on but isn't a deal breaker. Hopefully they hold up well.

The shank and sole have no stiffness whatsoever, I can bend or twist them right over with my bare hands. This complete lack of foot support translates to a tremendous amount of stress and muscle effort for the feet on uneven terrain. I'm only 80kg (176lb) and my feet were absolutely exhausted after a few hours of planting work. I can't imagine doing a full day of work or carrying a backpack. In summary: Junk.

Bolo suggested size 9 unfortunately I went with it what I really need is a nine and a half so I go back on to reorder and the price went up almost $50 so I'll just send it back you lose I lose we all lose

The leather used on this boots is very similar to the one used in the Durango harness/biker boots... Very good quality, they are super comfortable even after standing on you're feet all day at work and the none steel toe version is a plus on the boots being comfortable.NEGATIVES :These boots are definitely not meant to be used with shovels at all, the arch part of the boot will bent inwards pressing against you're arch and you have to push that dent back down by hand.I bought the none water resistant ones if water splashes by the toung area of the boots water will get inside... I don't know if the water resistant ones are different in that area, the leather of the boots definitely provides some water resistance.This pictures are after 2 months of using this boots at work from 8 to 10 hours Monday through Friday.EDIT: the new pair of boots I order do feel the same as the pair i bought 18 months ago, the only thing I don't like very much from the new pair is that the heels are not black like the old ones... Look at pictures.

I bought two pair these I Own A lot of pull on Boots, I bought A $150.00 pair of Arait Lace up LEATHER Boots they lasted 6 months, I bought these Books to try out And They Have Been The Best Working Boots I Have Never Owned A Better Pair of Boots and if I Wear These Out I’ll Buy Some More of These.
Exceptional quality for a casual boot.

These have been amazing ... I searched for a very long time to find something tall, rugged and leather, with a high-enough waterproof line. These have been great and they just keep going (I wear them every day).
The upper psrt of the boot is so thin it gives no protection
Took forever and a day to get here, but ok.Fit well, comfortable and open up pretty quickly fitting/comfortwise.A decent leather boot would take longer to mold to your foot and you'd end up with a few blisters.The boot seemed fine till i found out the upper may as well be gladwrap.I have thorns that have gone through the upper and snapped off in my leg, that penetrated straight through the boot. Definitely not a serious work boot.I'm lucky I don't normally do any more in-depth construction work which is why i wasnt worried aboi6 the steel toe, but I am currently doing some treelopping/logging in my spare time and will definitely be wearing my other boots for that. Even if these were a steel toe.These are comfortable but don't offer much protection. If you are going for safety, get something a bit more up to the task.They look good and are comfortable?

El producto es de excelente calidad, llego un dia antes de lo esperado. El calzado es amplio pero es muy comodo, no tengo mas que recomendarlo ampliamente, lo compraria nuevamente.... gracias!! Las botas estan perrisimas, resistentes, la suela y tacon estan atornillados.... neta se lucieron, el precio es muy economico para la calidad del calzado...Ya llevo casi 6 meses con las botas usandolas frecuentemente, sobre todo en motocicleta y han aguantado lluvias perrisimas, raspones y trabajo rudo, compre plantillas de gel para hacerlas mas comodas y funciono perfecto, a mi hijo le compre un par y tambien anda feliz con sus bototas.... altamente recomendables...
