I'm taking this supplement at the recommendation of a doctor, and it seems to help a bit. Tastes inoffensive (though I wouldn't recommend chewing it) and goes down fine even without water.

This is the only Iron tablets that I can take, I tried others and they make my stomach nauseate, so this kind is the only one that agree with me.

A bit of extra iron can do a lot to boost energy levels and to recover from workouts quicker. However, be forewarned that taking this supplement on an empty stomach will cause nausea, and your bowel movements will look like you're passing blood, so make sure to keep up on doctor visits as you won't be able to tell the difference if you actually do start passing blood.
