I love the Gaia brand because of the organic ingredients and high quality supplements. I’m a year away from 60 and I want to keep my heart healthy. The Reservatol has many anti-aging benefits. These are easy to swallow and no side effects. They also have anti fungal properties. I highly recommend!

I have tried several other brands of Resveratrol but keep coming back to Gaia. Other brands I have tried, including those that make "extra potent" claims, simply don't cut it as well. One interesting thing I have found is that the Gaia is capsules that are "juicy" for lack or better term. It's not totally dry like other brands. Not that it's totally a liquid but somehow it seems like it is closer to nature. I am not sure if that makes a difference either in how well my body uses it or in how well my body can absorb it. As a side note of coolness, there is a phone app by Gaia where you can scan any one of their products and you can see where all the ingredients came from.

Gaia makes the best products hands down, but the reason I gave this particular supplement four stars is because you have to watch out... Resveratrol is a powerfully antioxidant and can be beneficial in so many ways, but after a month of taking this I was wondering why I was so devastatingly exhausted everyday and it didn't dawn on me until I did more research but resveratrol can raise progesterone levels exponentially. I had oily skin and started to break out, so so tired everyday, but couldn't sleep at night, and heavy swollen breasts... So pretty much the way you feel right before your cycle. With some research I figured out that this was the culprit! So unfortunately I won't be taking any more because I can't deal with the side effects, but Gaia makes quality supplements
