This is more of a shipping review. The bags of flour were shipped in a lightweight cardboard box -- miracle it arrived intact, though it had been re-taped at some point. The bags were shipped without any plastic wrap around them or even in a protective plastic bag. Not so great for food items. Otherwise, would be five stars, as the product is excellent.

Love Gold Medal f!our and buying in bulk saves a lot, but after receiving second shipment bag again was torn open flour everywhere. Tried contacting Bolo about their packaging, know one or site to contact, so I had to toss entire bag because of contamination because box it was shipped in had been retaped by UPS. I talked with my UPS driver, he said box wasn't taped good enough for the weight of box.
