I'm diabetic and wanted something healthy when I wanted a treat. I figured almonds and dark chocolte. I was right they are delicious they come in 100 calorie packs so they are great for taking in your pocket or purse. They are touch sweet and great chocolate taste and crunchy. They are dusted in a cocoa powder so not messy. I will definitely be ordering again.
