Considering the price, I expected a sturdier and better quality material. I think it’s quite expensive for a cheap plastic boat, but my son was really happy with it. So that makes it worth 4 stars.

Pleasantly surprised! My special needs son is infatuated with cruise ships at the moment, mainly the Aida Prima which is pretty much impossible to find unless you're going to build a model which I am not, especially not for a 6 year old. Fast forward to Christmas and he asks Santa for an Aida Prima. Where the heck am I going to find that?! Thank God for the internet, forum boards and a link that led me to this little miniature of the Aida Prima...well really the Aida Luna but my son can't read that well yet so no big deal. It does take awhile to arrive (I believe it comes from England) but worth the wait (and it came in time for Christmas). I was surprised that it was as big as it was. It measures approx 1 1/4" tall and 7" wide. Quality is good too especially when considering a child is going to be playing with this - I am not worried it will break. We will definitely be buying more of these.

My three year old son has been watching cruise ships on the internet on the east coast of the U.S., and this was one of the ships he'd see from time to time at different ports. He LOVES that he has his own. I just wish they would make way more cruise ship toys like this that are specific ships with the paint details and everything. I would buy them in a heartbeat! This was the only one I could find that was one of the 50 ships he watches. It is on the small side, but my son loves it just as much as all his other toy ships. He also understands that it is for pretend play, and not meant to go in water.

The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy toy, my 6 yo loves it. Great choice for boys or girls. It does not float but my son still love to take bath and play with it in the tub.
