It's exactly what I needed to replace the broken coffee pot! The quality is perfect and the size is exactly what it needs the be to fit the coffee maker :) It comes with 2 replacement lids just in case. Very satisfied with this purchase! Works incredibly well, just like new.

They had three lids which adjusts for the coffee maker with the "pour a cup" feature. Tried others that sounded like a proper replacement for my B&D coffee maker, but didn't work because they were too short to open the drain on the basket.

Glass is just like my original pot (way too thin and fragile) but it does fit. Warning, this goes not fit the B&D Grind and Brew machine well without taking the old handle and lid from the broken pot and placing on the new one. Luckily that is pretty easy to do with a screwdriver.

Writing this review in case you also have the BLACK+DECKER 12-Cup* Mill and Brew Coffeemaker and need a replacement pot.This isn’t the correct replacement, but it will work if you do this - SAVE THE TOP, HANDLE, AND METAL BAND FROM YOUR BROKEN POT. The lid options that come with the replacement are not the same, and based on the reviews I read here it will overflow.If you save the top, handle, and metal band from your broken pot, you can remove two screws and substitute your old parts on top of the new glass carafe. A couple pieces of advice:- You’ll need both a flat head and Phillips head screw driver.- The metal band around the coffee pot is sharp. Be careful. I got several large paper cut slices when I removed it.- To reach the screw that’s near the bottom of the handle (on your old pot) you’ll most likely have to pry a piece of the handle back with a flat head screw driver. It will pop off and back on, but probably wasn’t designed to be removed this way.- There may be a parts department you can call for a true replacement, but it will probably take longer to ship since it’s not sold on Bolo.Hope this helps! I just made a pot of coffee this morning and it worked great. No overflowing.

I bought this to replace a B&D coffee pot that I had broken, and I love it. My original one didn't have the removable lid, which made it harder to clean. I love that I can remove the lid and just stick this pot into the dishwasher. Makes everything easier. Also, the shape of the spout is better too, and keeps liquid from running down the side of the pot if I pour too fast. Definitely an upgrade.

We recently broke the carafe for our Black & Decker CM1650B coffee maker. The Q&A on this item seemed to be split on whether or not this was an appropriate replacement, so we held our noses and bought the manufacturer recommended model from a replacement part site - and paid $20 + $10 for ground shipping for the privilege. After living without our beloved coffee maker for over a week, I decided it would be worth it to at least give this model a shot. If it worked, we would have a spare - at least a spare that would work in the event we break our carafe again.What I found is this:There are two lids that ship with this model. One opens nicely, but is too short to activate the drip mechanism on the CM1650. The other has a taller bump on top, It does not open fully but fits and works as designed. So, from a coffee brewing perspective at least, success.Aside from the annoying fact that the lid doesn't open all the way for filling, the other major difference is appearance. This model has a few design differences from the original - the most obvious being is that it's kind of a cheap-looking glossy black. The original replacement part is more of a matte black, and the handle has chrome accents. And last, this model has a very visible Black and Decker logo on the glass at the bottom - like the measuring lines, it is prominently displayed if the pot is tilted for right-handed usersCall me shallow, but one of the reasons we chose the CM1650 is how sharp it looks, and this model definitely much more plan vanilla.So, in short:Pros - cheap, worksCons - doesn't open well, cheap-looking, not so stylish

Perfect original replacement for a taller B&D carafe, just had to change the lid to the 2nd taller lid and it worked great (3 lid sizes come included.)
This is not a replacement carafe for the 12-Cup* Mill & Brew Coffeemaker, Black CM5000B
This Carafe does not fit as the construction of the plastic cover is not the same. The coffee overflows all the time. This does not work for the product 12-Cup* Mill & Brew Coffeemaker, Black CM5000B. Do not buy as replacement carafe. All attempts to reach Black & Decker in India were futile as the numbers do not work.I even received a reply from Black & Decker, Canada but not India!!!
Quality pot that may fit non B&D machines
I had visions of by morphy richards pot toppling from the drying rack before it happened. I couldn’t find an exact replacement so improvised with this. This pot is a bit too short to hit the top of the drip nozzle with one of the three lids provided, so i stack the two spares and put them on top of the attached lid to get the right height. Yes, i use all three lids at once! It works, no drips and should make do for the life of the drip machine! Delivery was pronto.
