Small, discrete, perfect for locking the hitch, either on or off the car
I have just bought an Anssems GT-500 trailer for taking all the camping gear, which if you know your trailers is one of the best mae and highly desirable - especially to thieves. So I have been looking for something to both deter the opportunist and slow down the determined thief. I also wanted something to lock the hitch onto the 50mm tow ball when in use.My hitch has a small keyhole on one side that does not go straight through, so a padlock device was inappropriate. I took a gamble on this little lock as it looked like it might fit and rotate within the keyhole and thus lock the handle into the hitch, either on or off the toe ball. At this price, the gamble was not going to exactly break the bank.It works a dream and only protrudes (on my trailer) only a couple of mm, so nigh on impossible to hit with a hammer, never mind break off.Very impressed.

Article de mauvaise qualité. Très déçu. 1er tour de clé sans forcer et elle a cassé dans la serrure. Heureusement que jai reussi enlever la serrure de ma remorque...

Brilliant wee item. I was sceptical about it as it was going onto the hitch of a £13,000 Caravan but its absolutely brilliant.Very snug fit and very strong. The only way you would remove this without a key is by drilling it out and i dont think a thief would want the noise.If you ever told me a i could secure my Caravan for under £5 id have said you were mad! But it is infact true))
