Interfere are my absolute favorite pen! .07 is the size I prefer. These ink refills are perfect to keep some in your desk drawer and some in your work bag so you always have them. They each come with their own wrap which makes it easy to store.

I love these gel pens and use them for everything. Unfortunately it was only recently that I learned about refills. Once I learned this, I grabbed every color especially blue, as that is what I use the most in my day to day writing. These are easy to put in and the price is a deal. My only issue with them is they leak. At first I thought it was becsuse the pen was flopping around my bag but now it sits at my desk and still leaks. Maybe it was a bag one? Finished it and put another and that one leaks too. Bummer. It's not the end of the world but my hands def get marked up. Other than that, these work fine.

Pentel Energel 0.7mm Metal Tip is my absolute favorite pen. I do a lot of writing and these pens (in various gorgeous colors) are a hand-saver as they glide across the paper with just the right control. And these refills are genius as they cut cost and avoid adding excess to landfill. Highly recommend!
