Two people do not have a lot of leftovers but when they do, the storage of some items is important to saving some money and enjoying the feast a little longer. Think raiding the refrigerator after supper. The seal on these right size little containers is perfect to hold many items several days. And they do not take up a lot of room in the fridge as they are stackable. Perfect solution.

Single man’s perfect choice, serving size is great. Material is strong as hell. I made ice inside a few. Took it out of the freezer and with all my strength slammed two on the counter as hard as I could. Not any damage what so ever. Totally impressed !

Each container holds 2 cups, lids fit tight and containers stack together nicely. Perfect for freezing soups, sauces . Heavy enoughto be durable when frozen. Various uses for these containers. Great value for the money!

I love these containers and was psyched to see them sold as is. Usually they come in a 3 pack that contains 2 small ones and only one this size.It's perfect for lunches, salads, soups and leftovers. It's just the right size, not to small, not to big.The containers wash well and the lids stay on and don't leak, even after multiple washes!I highly recommend these and will buy more, because, as we all know, containers like these always seem to disappear over time 😄

These dishwasher and microwave-safe containers are sturdy and perfect my breakfast prepping. I make up my own batch of steel-cut oats on Sunday and I'm good for the week. I add chia seeds and a mixed berry/raisen combo. Everything fits neatly inside and it heats up in the microwave in less than 2-minutes. By comparison, you can easily use these containers to heat up 2 or 3 packets of instant oatmeal.

..... these 2-cup containers arrived with a few issues.1. Rubbermaid affixed to two sides of each container those stickers that don't unstick very easily. I also ordered 5-cup containers and they didn't have any stickers at all (thank goodness). After pulling off what I could by hand, I tried soaking them in vinegar water (why vinegar -- see #2 below). They still didn't scrape off. Fortunately we keep Goo Gone on hand to deal with the frustration so many manufacturers heap upon us with these awful labels. That took about a half hour and then I washed them with Dawn to remove the Goo Gone.2. They reeked. Apparently they decided to stroll through the perfume sampling aisle at their local retailer before their journey to my home, because they stunk like perfume. Stunk! I soaked the containers and lids in the sink with a good amount of distilled vinegar for a half hour or so and that did the trick. Then I proceeded to remove the rest of the labels as described above.What I love about this Rubbermaid product:1. They're sturdy! I used to buy cheaper brands of containers at the grocery store or the dollar store and they break. Well, often the containers stay okay and the lids crack. Not so with this product; they hold up over time.2. Sizing is consistent. When you purchase these over time to add to your collection, all lids fit all containers. Again, this hasn't been my experience with cheaper brands, which although they looked identical were not sized properly and it was a bear trying to find a lid that matched a container.3. They're dishwasher safe, which is a great help when the containers had something oily or very aromatic in them. However.........................the material looks terrible after it's been run through the dishwasher (see photo), and I only ever used the top rack. I don't use the dishwasher any more.4. They stack well in the cabinet, eliminating disorder.5. They freeze well and go from freezer to Microwave well.6. I buy a variety of sizes (1-cup, 2-cup, 3-cup, 5-cup, and 7-cup) for various recipes and/or for various portion sizes needed. These 2-cup containers are perfect for certain things.Overall, I love this product. The 4-star rating is due to the stench and the labels.

I love making a huge pot of soup and pouring it in these mini containers. I freeze them for the month.
No more hard to clean stickers
The media could not be loaded. I was worried when i read the previous comments about those hard to clean stickers on each container. But I’m so glad they changed the packaging. No more stickers as you can see. After opening the clear film. All they need is a good soapy water bath and they are ready to use.
Not worth it sadly
This product would be great but is unecessarily spoilt but stickers on every item than do not peel of cleanly... Alot of work will have to be done to make them look good and remove the sticky residue. Such a shame and actually makes buying the product not worth it to me at all
Love the stacking feature
Nice looking, perfect size for my dog's food, cleans beautifully in the dishwasher and stacks very nicely.
