I wanted a toilet paper holder because the bathroom vanity at our rental place was missing one, and I found this particular one for just under $5+tax. There was no instructions on how to install it but it was pretty straight forward (if not, you can find installation videos online, Youtube, etc). It's been 3 months and no complaints so far. The toilet paper holder is sturdy, and looks nice👍🏻

It would have been nice if there had been a drilling template included. How much trouble is it to include a piece of paper with marks where to drill the holes. As it was, I had to use the bar to guesstimate the distance. Fortunately, I got it right and the holder mounted with no difficulty. This really is the "no frills" version.

This item does not include the template to drill the holes which makes it very difficult to position, balance and install. There is also no installation instructions.The screws it came with is too long, it will go through piece of wood with the screw sticking out the other side unless you install it on a wall.Overall for the price, it’s very sturdy.

I received the item on time, the packaging was OK, and the quality looks to be fine, the only problem is the lack of any instruction or guide. I could figure it out in 10 minutes, but it wouldn't be fair for a non handyman person to deal with this.One point is deducted for lack of instruction.
