I started taking Vitabiotics two tablets a day. I kept lifting but used lighter weight and focused hard on perfect form. After a few weeks, the sharp pain totally cleared up, and then the side aches faded too. Now I just take one tablet a day to keep things good, and I'm happily back to lifting heavy. It really does help.

Helped with my knee pain
I'm in my early 30ties. For the last few months I was working 10 hours per day doing a refurbishment. I started hearing worrying clicks in my right knee, this was going for at least two months. It became loud and persistent whilst going up stairs, I knew that something wasn't right, it would also sometimes hurt. I've been using these tablets for 4 weeks now and my knees are feeling much better. The persistent noise is gone, some smaller clicks are still there but I've just ordered another pack and will continue using the pills until I reach complete improvement. I rarely write reviews but decided to write this one in case there was someone with a similar problem to mine. This stuff does work.

Tablets are a bit off putting in size huge and brown yiu have to take two a day so a package can work out expensive unless you get a deal ,pack lasts 14 days ,having said that I’m now used to it and half way through my second pack will give it a third pack to see if it makes any difference to joint and mobility
