This product is acidic. It is EXCELLENT at removing hard water stains. Undiluted, as label says, it can discolor metal, so care must be taken to see if mixing with water is necessary. Porcelain with long standing discolored limescale, however, Is no match for this product. Porcelain looks new after being cleaned with this liquid. Follow instructions. , which are not complicated. We have a fiberglass shower. It has a glass door. Hard water and limescale build up have long been problem. I saw no solution but to replace them both. HOWEVER, with this product and a little time, the door glass, frame, and fiberglass stall are looking GOOD. GOOD. And GOOD. It is hard to believe 😎

We used this to clean sea shells. It worked really well and doesn’t cause chemical burns. I would suggest using it outside because the smell is a little much inside. We dipped the shells in for seconds and they were clean and beautiful.

We used this product to clean bricks that we intended to install an address plate on. The result was unbelievable; there was no trace of the glue remaining from the previous plate and the bricks looked like they were brand new! In addition, we used a portion of the solution to clean a toliet with a previously difficult spot we had not been able to remove. With Acid Magic, NO PROBLEM!! This is definitely a repeat purchase!

I used it to clean the soot off of the front fireplace brick. It worked very well. Gloves not needed, but I wore them as a precaution. I bit of an odor. I used a fan. Overall, very good product.

Old toilet with stubborn scaling. One application removed it all. Don't have to replace the toilet. Now it's sparkling white!

I chose a small area of my brick wall that has old mortar stain on it. I applied the product with a short bristle brush. I began with about a 10 to 1 ratio of water to product. It took some off but not enough. I changed the ratio to 5 to 1 water to product and it took it all off. The mortar stain had been there for about a month while I tried other things that didn't work. Be sure to thoroughly wet the bricks before application and rinse it off after. I had plants close by but I was careful and they were not hurt. The total area I cleaned was 50 square feet.
