I love this stuff. I have totally seen and felt an increase in stamina and athletic performance while taking this. I take one 5 mg scoop after every workout and first thing in the morning on rest day. I’ve seen people complain about not having a scoop, but i just use the baking scoop I have and it works fine. Honestly, I don’t even mix it; I just take the 5 mg scoop and toss it into my mouth. I do follow it with water, but it is tasteless so I don’t mind it at all. I’m just sad I waited so long to start taking creatine because it has been a complete game changer.

I’ve been using this micronized creatine for a few months now, and it’s been a solid addition to my workout routine. The micronized powder dissolves super easily in water, no clumps at all, which makes it way easier to take consistently.Since I started, I’ve noticed better endurance and quicker recovery during my training sessions. Great price and quality. My fiancé and I have began taking creatine for the health benefits more than just physical gains! The taste is tasteless so we mix into pretty much anything, water, smoothies, juices, coffee. 10/10 recommend since it comes straight from the manufacture. The only downside that I wish it came with is a scoop.

I'm not picky so I don't mind. The flavour is also nice, but it is sweet. Overall, I find it dissolves best with a larger volume of water (400mL atleast) but good!
