MUSCLE MILK VANILLA & CHOCOLATE ARE EXCELLENT AFTER-WORKOUT DRINKS. BOTH FLAVORS TASTE GREAT, ARE HIGH IN : PROTEIN (40/32/25 GRAMS), VITAMINS & MINERALS (16), DIETARY FIBER (6/5 GRAMS), & ARE SUGARLESS WITH LOW SODIUM ( BELOW 10% ). AS A PARKINSON'S DISEASE SENIOR ( AGE 76 ) WHO DOES PHYSICAL THERAPY 3X A WEEK, I END EVERY WORKOUT WITH A BOTTLE OF VANILLA OR CHOCOLATE MUSCLE MILK. I DRINK A BOTTLE OF MUSCLE MILK EVERY DAY.

Although the Bolo listing is for 12-14 fl. oz bottles of Chocolate Muscle Milk 25 g Protein, the product received was 16-11 fl. oz paper bottles. I ordered for my husband who prefers the plastic bottles as the paper ones sometimes leak when drinking from them, and their rectangular prism shape makes drinking all of the content a bit more challenging. The cap on the paper bottles is also a bit small for the size of the container.However, you get more fluid ounce for your money. I think the plastic 14 oz bottles are discontinued. It would be nice if I had known in advance. I would have searched elsewhere before purchasing on Bolo.

Works perfectly to help me meet my macros. I have one with breakfast and 1 with a Slimfast Fat bomb as my late night "cheat" snack. They're delicious and convenient. They have reduced my hunger and provide me with enough muscle sparing protein that really help on a 1600 calorie diet. I have lost 7lbs in 6 days. 25 g of protein contains no sugar and it taste very good. My refrigerator is always full of the muscle milk. Obviously the taste is good I would definitely recommend it I think you very much.
