Wow, what a piece of equipment....probably overkill for average user..very heavy so you must find it a home so you don't have to lig it around.

DO NOT BUY, PRONE TO BREAKING DOWN FREQUENTLY! I'm a restaurant owner and have purchased 4 and had to return 3 units. From the power button not working to the grill not properly heating. Furthermore, I just had 2 of the replacement grills stop working... once again for the power button not allowing the unit to stay on more than 10 minutes, and the other is for the upper grill no longer heating up. Now I'm stuck with these units and the closest Waring repair is 3 hours away from my location. They will not repair on site and do not offer a loaner. They are stating the repair process will take 2-4 weeks. I have a busy restaurant and am unable to be without these units. I will have to take these two 80lb grills, 3 hours to the repair site. Customer assistance is poor.

This is good press for the money. Just don't expect it to not loose heat. If you're in need of high volume... this may not work for you.

I've owned this press only one year and it has already stopped functioning. There were some issues that occurred almost immediately after I purchased it, such as the top staying open, which I just acclimated to and sucked it up. However, the top of the press started losing its ability to maintain heat about six months in, and now it has stopped completely. This is incredibly frustrating given the cost of this unit. I would suggest using Avantco over this brand.
