I just received this today, the oil leaked all in the bag it was placed in and the wrapping around the bottle itself is soaked in oil. It also leaked onto the box it was shipped in. I didn't loose too much product and I can still use it, I just wasn't expecting to get my hands oily just opening the package.

I bought this many years ago at my local Dollar Store after a dentist recommended it to me for my chapped lips. It can not be compared to Chap-stick types products that just coat your lips with wax. This product actually moisturizes your lips and has healed mine a great deal. Since it has no taste or smell I massage it over my lips inside & out, particularly before bed. I am a senior and it has made a big difference to me. There is no sunscreen in it so I would be hesitant to wear it if I was sunbathing. One bottle lasts me a year and I use it multiple times a day.
