I am obsessed with getting great sleep and have been sampling various supplements and products over the past 10 years or so.I always sleep well and enjoy vivid and interesting dreams when I use the spray! I give five or six sprays on each foot and give myself a mini foot massage so that it absorbs well a few minutes before bed. I experience better quality sleep every time I use this product and highly recommend. Plus, it comes from Great Britain. Everything from Europe is so much better in terms of quality as they are committed to supporting the health of their citizens by not not allowing toxic substances in their food products and so I trust the quality of this more than I would a similar product coming from a country outside of the European Union/the United Kingdom.

Easy to use and very effective! I sleep so much better on the nights I use it. I spray it on the bottom of my feet and rub my feet together. At first I used my hands to rub it in but it made my hands sticky. Three squirts on the bottom of each foot seems to work perfectly!

LOVE! Great product, price! Helps me sleep at night. The smell is not overpowering. It is a little thick when you spray it...much thicker than the last one I ordered (different company). But overall, I am liking it.

I’m thrilled that this magnesium spray is now available on Bolo! We used to only find it in Europe, and I can’t recommend it enough. The pain relief is almost instant, and the absorption is impressively quick.What I love most is that it has no smell, making it pleasant to use. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep duration since I started using it. Plus, the price is excellent for such a high-quality product. If you’ve been searching for an effective magnesium spray, this is definitely the one you need!

I'm not sure if this works or not. I bought my mom some also. We both have nights were it may work and then nights it doesn't seem to work.

朝は洗顔後、夜は入浴後の濡れた状態でマグネシウムオイルを吹きかけています。その際、「眠りに効果的」と、このスプレーを更に吹き付けています^_^使ったから眠れているのか？使わなくても眠れるのか？不明ですが、眠れているのでヨシとしております✨先ずはマグネシウムオイルを使われ、その効果を体感された後、購入される事をお勧めします✨

Always good to have in the house
Better price than in the health shop,i ordered this the second time.I have a 9 yo with Autism who struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep so i tried this spray as a last resort. For him it worked,he fell asleep a lot faster and didn't fidget that much anymore as well . I also use it on my feet as i have restless legs at night and it does help me,i can see the difference after i apply it.
