I eat a low sugar diet, so dark chocolate is a standard part of my every day diet. While Lindt doesn't have the most complex flavors out there, it is decent for mass produced chocolate. I like that the 90% dark doesn't have any emulsifiers. The flavors of the chocolate don't come out very well when just munched on quickly. This is a chocolate that is better allowed to melt in the mouth and taken time with. It has a very smooth texture as it melts. The flavor is fairly one note, but it does do a good job at lingering on the taste buds. As a "daily driver", it works great for me because craft chocolate is far more expensive.

It tastes like real chocolate, not overly sweet, and it feels like a treat that’s actually doing something good — it has antioxidants and things that can help with heart and brain health.A couple of things to keep in mind:This chocolate has caffeine, so it’s not the best to eat late at night if you want to sleep well.If you’re taking iron supplements or eating foods high in iron (especially plant-based iron), try not to eat this chocolate at the same time because it can make it harder for your body to absorb the iron.Like many dark chocolates, it can have small amounts of lead and cadmium because of where the cocoa is grown. I eat 90%-95% dark chocolate exclusively, and I estimate I've probably eaten 1000 Lindt 90% bars over my lifetime. It is a solid chocolate bar at a good price. It is slightly processed, but most of the flavors come through. It's my staple bar and while it might not be the best in the world it is reliable and delicious. I put a square in my morning coffee every day.I eat dark chocolate every day for the health benefits. I often feel grateful for the people who work at Lindt for making this great product.

I’ve purchased this chocolate twice now, and it has quickly become one of my absolute favorites. The 90% cocoa bar strikes a perfect balance between rich bitterness and just a hint of sweetness. It melts so smoothly that each square is incredibly satisfying. It’s so smooth that I sometimes have to force myself to stop. Whether I enjoy it after dinner or with a cup of coffee, it always hits the spot. I’ve now subscribed so it continues to arrive at my door every couple of months. That way I never have to worry about running out.Highly recommended if you love rich, refined dark chocolate.

Very good but have to watch portions. I made the mistake of eventually eating half a bar and it made me sick. So it's an occasional treat, a square or two and no more than that. It's an acquired taste nothing like Hershey's Special Dark. I can barely taste the chili and also think that was what made me ill...too much of a good thing. My only complaint is they are expensive and I wish it was half the pack, just too much. It doesn't melt well in your mouth, so that may be an issue for some. Mostly it's a great alternative to my chocolate cravings and healthy, just don't overindulge like I did.

it's dark chocolate. Not overpoweringly sweet. When I eat chocolate I eat one that I like, not hershey's. I used to get the Lindt in the white wrapper, they stopped making it. For me 85% cacao is the spot. More Cacao and it is a bit too bitter and not candy, less and it is too sweet. You may be different. Whatever you like Lindt is a fine chocolate.

Melted a little -- but WHO CARES? It's super dark, bitter, ZERO NET CARB dark chocolate. What else could you ask for? Actually, it has 1 net gram protein -- so it's KETO friendly -- at least that's what I tell myself. Love this stuff. Even melted, it's wonderful.
