I’m very surprised by the negative reviews here. The vitamins are large and I dread taking them, but they are absolutely, without question, outstanding for hair growth and regrowth.

Last year, my husband had a hair transplant. He tried different pills, but they did not help much. After he started taking Solgar supplements, he noticed a big change. He says his hair feels stronger now. Before, he was losing a lot of hair, but now it has stopped and his hair looks healthy. We are both happy with the results.

It is difficult to find a vitamin that doesn’t contain yeast. I am prone to tinea versacolor and candida overgrowth so I avoid yeast in my supplements since yeast makes both conditions worse. This vitamin does Not contain any yeast, works great and is a decent price! My only complaint is that it can be hard to swallow.

I live this product and will always spend a little extra for this brand. Pill is small and I’ve tested the results. I missed a couple days in a row and when taking a shower I noticed more hair coming loose. My skin is great, nails grow strong and the little bit of hair is still intact.

It's expensive. But my shedding is down probably 75-85% after using this for 4 months now. I will keep using it and keep applying my rosemary water. I have been using rosemary water for over a year without too much noticeable change. But these tablets have really, truly made the difference.

Bueno, pues qué decir, es una maravilla, al mes de estar tomándolo pasé de dejarme en la ducha media cabeza de pelos a apenas ver 10 o 15 pelos. Pero es que además no es solo eso, me noto el pelo más fuerte, mejor, y no solo el pelo, las uñas las tengo más fuertes que nunca también y, no sé si será de eso, pero a estas alturas de invierno yo otros años me he resfriado ya unas cuantas veces y este año de momento ninguna, y lo achaco sinceramente a la vitamina c que tienen estas pastillas y al msm, aunque claro,esto son suposiciones mías.Conclusión, que si estás dudando, cógetelas sin dudarlo, muy muy pero que muy recomendadas!!!
