This is my go to brand for wrist/hand support. I most likely have Carpal Tunnel and was having a lot of pain before I bought this. I've been wearing it for 2 yrs and I have no pain when it's on.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This brace is amazing. I hurt my wrist boxing and took forever to heal. I am able to box again with this brace and not worry about injuring it again. It is flexible and provides the support I need while hitting the bag. Highly recommend

I bought the SM/MD size per the posted sizing guidelines, my wrist is 7.5" which falls squarely into the SM/MD which goes up to 8". At my wrist, it does fit nicely... however the second strap a bit further down, along with the cuff itself, doesn't seem to really slant at all to accommodate the fact that peoples' arms aren't the same width all the way, so it doesn't really fit at the second strap. The thumb hole is also SUPER tight and digs into the base of my thumb constantly, which has caused bruising and pretty bad irritation. Per their recommendations, the wrist brace must run small.On the plus side, I did like how low it went along my palm and to the outer edge of my hand, which is a far cry better than my previous wrist brace which went up the hand so much it kinda permanently bent my pinky in lolI'll try a larger size to see if the problems go away, but it is disappointing I spent money and time on a brace that doesn't seem to match the indicated sizing.

This is a great product for a stressed or strained hand or wrist. We have several at our home and would not be without them!!! There were times when I had to wear one to bed for a month or two or three or a year! What a great invention!

The media could not be loaded. I have the beginning of carpal tunnel from reading books on my iPad. I literally tried 9 pairs of these support braces and this is the one that won. I have complete freedom of my fingers and nothing rubs or irritates my skin on the edges. It’s not 5” long on my arm which was a bit annoying but totally immobile wrist. I have a more narrow hand which makes it difficult to find gloves and I wear a woman’s large golf glove and bought these in the sm/med size. Across my knuckles I am 3 1/2”. From the bottom of my middle finger to the start of my wrist, 3 1/2”. I found the others I tried rubbed or irritated the area around my thumb. Could easily wear all day if I had to. Highly recommend! My first video review!

I hurt my wrist and dealt with pain for a few days. Decided on purchasing this item as it seemed reasonably priced and easy to put on. Very happy that I did get this as it keeps my wrist steady and virtually no pain when I am wearing it. Definitely would recommend.

Not an XL. Big guys should not buyI’m 6’3” 240 lbs, and hand will not slide in without extreme effort. Looks like if it would fit, it would do a good job supporting wrist. Use photo for a frame of reference My wrist measured just over 8” and the straps barely fit. The x hook Velcro barely reaches the loop Velcro
I should have ordered a size bigger although this one is almost fitting me right
