The real thing calls for a mix of wheat and potato flours and other baking ingredients, but Nana just used the hot roll mix for her dough. I followed the easy instructions on the box for making the dough, and after kneading I rolled it out to the pan size and let the whole thing rise in the pan. Seems like it would make a good pizza crust also if rolled thinner. Yummy and yeasty! I bought the multi pack so I will have more chances to experiment!

This makes a great dough for pizza. You don't have to let it set for hours for the dough to rise. My family also loved it stuffed with ground sausage, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. It's great tasting with little work!

We love to have fry bread and this is perfect for a quick and easy bread. You can make elephant ears, tortilla shaped fry bread, and rolls! We love to make elephant ears for a quick treat. But I love making taco meat, cutting up lettuce cheese, tomatoes, and onions and have sour cream and then I make tortilla shaped fry bread and they taste just like a Chalupa at Taco Bell.

Can’t find this anywhere but Bolo! Make cinnamon rolls every Christmas morning and my family would be so disappointed if I didn’t make them. I follow the recipe on the box exactly with the exception of adding raisins before I roll them. They are delicious warm from the oven!
