I have two boys that love to play sports inside, despite our backyard and I am constantly hearing thud after slam and fearing my breakables will be forever broken. However, these foam baseballs changed all of that and then some! They are absolutely amazing and a must have. Your son(s) will be just as pleased that they will not be getting in trouble as if they were using real baseballs or tennis balls like my boys have. You have to get these, you will not be disappointed!

These are great for a young kid learning to catch and throw. It doesn’t hurt my daughter when my son throws it at her head. They are a little small for learning to bat from a pitch, but that is because they are the same size as a baseball. They have figured it out. Kids are 4 and 6

These balls are the actual size of a real baseball. The kids get to feel like they are throwing a real baseball, but I don't have to worry about them hurting each other or breaking anything. They come three in a package which is nice when one gets eaten by the dog we have two more. They are light and travel easily.

Our son hits FAR and we were worried about our neighboring houses getting hit. These have the distance without the damage. They are a very light foam and while he can still practice throwing, I would reserve them for hitting and use a regular ball to throw. Fun for many ages!
