The last time I bought it was 2017. Even though it is expensive but it lasts. I am not a heavy baker but I make pies every single holiday for my fellowship and potluck gathering. The quality is good.

I could not find this stuff in the grocery stores or my local baking supply shop. They sell gelatin sheets a few at a time and for a much higher price. This large box is the best value, I can make thousands of gummy bears from it, and the kids love them.

These gelatin leaves are the best. I am a pastry chef and use them all the time. You need to use an ice bath to bloom them then squeeze out the extra water. After that it needs to be melted in a warm mixture. If these aren't strong enough they have gold and that is the strongest you can buy. Most of the time though if you have to use a lot your mixture is too hot and needs to cool down
