I didn’t expect to love these, but they have a sweet-savory taste, and a snappy-crisp texture. With a little drizzle of olive oil and a nice big bowl, you might find yourself snacking on them like a healthy bowl of buttered popcorn!An easy, delicious snack for the non-snacker.

The mushrooms were all of good size, seemed to have been dessicated with care -- all retained mushroom shape. Tasted OK after re-hydration.

I love cooking with fresh shiitake mushrooms, but for convenience it's good to have some Dynasty dried shiitake in my cupboard. They rehydrate fast and a good addition to soups, rice or stir fried.The quality it's not outstanding, but they're good enough. The flavor is there, but not rich enough. The mushrooms rehydrate with a chewy nice texture but they are quite thin, not really meaty.These shiitake mushrooms rehydrate faster than 30 minutes; especially if I cook with them afterwards, 10 minutes are more than enough.

I needed dried shitake mushrooms for a recipe for pork ramin. My usual grocery store didn't have the product and while I live in an area where I could go to one that would carry the mushrooms, I didn't want to travel the extra miles. So ordered this product from Bolo. Came in a timely manner. Worked well in the recipe and was well received from my family. The mushrooms rehydrate very nicely and add a wonderful flavor and texture to the meal, Being dried, I can keep this product on hand for the next time!

I love these!! They are no longer available out our supermarket, so I purchased them here on Bolo. Price was double what I used to pay at our local store however, that is the only reason that it is not 5 stars. They are great and super quality, Just priced too high.
