These fruit cups are .much larger than usual and taste MUCH better than expected! 110 calories is impressive for so much delicious tropical fruit & juice. Conviently portable & comes with its own mini spork so no utinciles needed. Fruit tastes fresh & firm not smushy and oldike some fruit cups. Healthy alternative to sugary snacks. Highly recommend!

My husband is a diabetic and had a bowl of ice cream every single night. Well, no more ! He loves cottage cheese so I make a bowl of cottage cheese and top it with this fruit cup. He LOVES it!! He actually said it's just as good as ice cream lol, I think he's nuts but he loves it and eats it and his A1C is perfect and his sugar is perfect. I've ordered this case at least 7 or 8 times already. They are always fresh, with plenty of juice. I do spill the juice every time I open one but I don't know how to avoid it. He loves the tropical flavor so much better than the regular plain fruit cup. I actually just ordered another case yesterday. I eat them plain, without the cottage cheese 🤮 and I love them too. It really filled a need that I had trying to find a healthy snack for my diabetic husband.
