I buy this brand all the time and I get a good value for my money. The doctor recommended I take these vitamins because I was low on it when I had a blood test. Last time they checked my blood levels were okay and it seemed to help my immunity because I haven't caught colds like I used to before I started taking it. I try to always get gel pills when I buy them because they are so much easier to swallow.

Wife and I used this for 1 year, but we fell short on moving our vitamin D blood test detection into the normal range. This is not a product complaint because it DOUBLED the amount detected prior to adding Vitamin D to our daily supplementation diet. On direction from our doctor, we have since increased dosage to 2,000 UI and a year later we both achieved normal range. Now Foods has become our Go To for vitamins, supplements, essential oils, and even a few food items [highly recommend their "Organic Hot Cocoa" milk chocolate powder]. They are a Christian-owned company with consistently-high quality ratings. Our primary reason for buying this brand is quality and little to no additives (synthetic chemicals).
