In September of 2015, we purchased this panini grill for our small business. Since then the plastic handle on the left side of the grill has fallen off. Not even a full 3 months into use and it is already falling apart. I have tried to opt for a replacement via Bolo, but the process is stating it is too late for any returns. You would think something like this would be backed with a year warranty. We have had other panini grills and were looking forward to this one being a dependable grill, however the handle that keeps you from burning your hand has already fallen off.

So disappointed! We paid extra for the extra speedy delivery (and it did arrive on time) but the unit is defective. The right side of the grill will not heat up. We've asked for a replacement, we'll see how fast it gets here and will revise our review if we can get a functioning unit.

The description says the product is flat grill. It has a furrow in the picture. I want flat one. Is the item that I ordered flat one?

We are having trouble with the right side grill top staying tight so it does not smash the bread we put on the grill. We have tightened it numerous times but there must be something more we can do, help please!!

This press never worked from the start. It gets to 235 degrees and never hotter. Emailed customer service 3 times and never received a response. You should expect more from something that is almost $1,000.
